Meet & Munch

This is our very first meetup and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone for the first time.

This is a newly created group, so this gathering is simply a relaxed, no-pressure introduction to one another. Think of it as a soft landing space to connect, share (optional), and see what we’re all needing and hoping for our dynamic moving forward.

We’ll be meeting at Panera Bread across the street from Concord Mills Mall (Kings Pavilion shopping center) in the community room.

What to expect:
• A warm, informal meet-up in a public café space
• Light introductions (only share what feels comfortable)
• Conversation about what brought you here and what you’re hoping to receive from this group
• Space to simply listen, observe, or engage and no pressure either way
• A gentle, welcoming vibe focused on connection

This is about showing up as you are, meeting other caregivers in real life (virtual is cool, but face 2 face is irreplaceable), and beginning to build something supportive together. 💜
