Adam McCurdy:
Graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BA in finance and economics in 2010. He obtained his MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business in 2017. His entire career has focused on helping clients with their financial aspects, including tax & accounting, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and private equity. He teaches as adjunct professor at his alma mater, Loyola. In 2022 Adam and Matt partnered to merge with David and Mark to form GJM Advisory. He ran track at Loyola and though he can’t run much anymore, he continues to stay fit with other activities. Besides sports, one of his favorite pastimes is reading.
Tracy Gilliam:
Joined GJM Advisory with a passion for helping small business owners make sense of their numbers so they can make confident, informed decisions. With a strong foundation in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial advisory services, she works closely with clients to deliver practical solutions built on trust, clarity, and care. Faith is central to Tracy’s approach, and she brings integrity, humility, and purpose into every client relationship. She is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent (EA) certification as part of her commitment to ongoing growth and excellence. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and serving others in her community.

General Meeting:
Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
