Jim Droske is an expert in credit reports and credit scoring and has been in credit related industries for 28+ years including retail automobile lending for 12 years, mortgage lending for 9 years, and consumer credit repair for the last 8 years. He is the President at Illinois Credit Services, a State of Illinois Registered and Bonded consumer credit repair organization.
Illinois Credit Services has worked with thousands of consumers since 2009. He is the approved Lifelong Learning instructor for a quarterly, non-credit hour class (taught as needed) on Credit Reporting and Scoring at the College of Dupage. Also, Jim created and wrote a Continuing Education class on Credit and Credit Scoring that was approved by NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing Services) and is being offered in 7 states for mortgage originators CE credits.
As a Certified FICO Professional, Jim uses his real world experiences and extensive understanding of the credit, automobile, and mortgage industries to work with consumers to repair their credit and gain a better understanding of the credit system. Jim is a full member of NACSO (National Association of Credit Services Organizations) and has been hired as a Credit Expert Witness.
Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
