At the start of the class, I will lead a meditation and open everyone's chakras to ensure that all participants receive the maximum benefits from the healing session. Then, I will guide the group through a deeply relaxing technique to help them enter a profound state of relaxation.

In the guided imagery meditation, I will guide you through each chakra to heal and enhance them. During the session, each person can decide whether to do hands-on healing for themselves or follow the meditation for the healing.

At the end of the session, I will clear everyone's energy with singing bowls and a selenite wand/stick, finishing by closing back up the chakras.

• Please note the following information when attending my classes:
• I reserve the right to refuse attendance of individuals I feel do not fit in the class or for any reason.
• I do not allow those that are negative or disrespectful of others.
• Do not attend my classes if you are sick or coughing, etc.. Coughing, even if it’s allergies, will interrupt others meditating.
• I do have a minimum to have classes. If the minimum is not met, I will refund the class fee.
• I do require a 48-hour cancelation notice to receive a refund. I do charge credit cards and meet-up fees off of the refund. If 48-hour notice is not given, there is no refund.
• All classes are prepayment.
• Space is limited, RSVP is required, and no drop-ins.
• You will need to arrive before the time of the class. The class starts at that time. If you are late, no entry due to the class has started and I do not interrupt or start it over.
• No soliciting your business or other businesses at or during my classes.
• Everyone who attends my classes will sign a release form. Contact me for more information.
• There is no recording of the classes or events.
• I do not allow cell phones or personal belongings (purses, bags, etc.) in the class. Please leave them at home or in your car. If you need to have a cell phone with you at all times, the classes are not for you. It will interrupt the class. No exceptions.
• No animals/pets allowed
• No vaping or smoking in the class/office.
• Do not attend if you have been drinking or intoxicated of any type. You will be asked to leave.
