About us
A local Carlingford group for people interested in boxing, kickboxing, fitness, and practical stand-up martial arts.
This group is open to beginners, casual trainees, and anyone who wants to take their striking more seriously over time. The goal is to build real skills in a friendly small-group environment — fitness, confidence, technique, and progression.
Sessions will focus on boxing combinations, kickboxing basics, pad work, footwork, movement, defence, conditioning, and practical striking fundamentals. No egos, no pressure, and no experience required — but serious training is welcome.
The current focus is stand-up striking rather than full MMA or grappling, though occasional BJJ/grappling sessions may be added later depending on coach availability and member interest.
Come along if you want to get fitter, meet local people, and develop real martial arts skills in a relaxed but focused setting.
