Path Pals Kickoff: Hike and Get Better Together

Join us for the very first Path Pals family hike in Northern County! This event is designed for kids ages ~7-12 and their parents or guardians who want to explore nature, practice simple mindfulness, and build a love for hiking together.

We’ll take an easy, mostly flat walk on a local trail, covering about 1 to 2 miles depending on the group’s pace and energy. Along the way, we’ll pause to try fun mindfulness activities helping kids slow down and notice the world around them.

This is a relaxed, screen-free outing where parents will supervise their children as we connect, move, and enjoy the outdoors as a community.

What to bring:

• Comfortable shoes, hats, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothes

• Water bottle and snacks

• An open mind and a spirit for adventure!

The event is donation based.
