LEARN TO SAIL!
This three-day on-the-water and classroom course is designed for beginners and intermediates interested in getting into or improving sailing techniques.
Objectives – fun, safety, meet people just like you
Beginners – learn to sail
Intermediate – sail better, with more confidence
You will be able to rent a boat as part of our boat rental program.
We will have three classes of boats on which students can learn:
Monohull – Flying Scots,
Cabin boats – San Juan 21s
Catamarans – Hobie 18s.
This has always been a very well-attended class and will fill quickly, so talk it up, act FAST, and get in!
Registration includes:
Instruction
Sailing time
U.S. Sailing reference textbook
Little Red Book
Breakfast and lunch all three days

Fees:
$395.00 for non-member
$350.00 for primary or associate members.

Where to Stay?
Students can tent camp on our grounds
Students can tent or motorhome camp outside our club in the state park campground
Hotels in Carlyle are a 10 minute drive and quite inexpensive
Drive back and forth: St. Louis is a 1 hour drive
