Sunday Afternoon Lindy Hop Workshops & Evening Swing Dance

Afternoon Boot Camp Workshops and Evening Swing Dance - Learn some basics of Lindy Hop with Instructor Wesley Boz, the stay and dance the evening away.

DOORS OPEN AT 2:40 PM TO REGISTER. (No online registration).

WORKSHOPS: We will be offering three, fun and informative workshops starting at 3 pm. Take one or all three workshops. No partner or prior experience necessary, very inclusive.

SUNDAY WORKSHOP SCHEDULE: DOORS OPEN AT 2:40 pm to register.

3 pm - LINDY HOP FOUNDATIONS: 8 count timing.
WE'LL BE STARTING WITH THE VERY BASICS OF LINDY HOP in this fundamentals workshop. 6 & 8 COUNT TIMING. You'll need these foundations if you want to look good on the dance floor, and move on up to more challenging material.

4 pm - BASIC SWINGOUT AND LINDY CIRCLE : Learn some important leader/follower core patterns in this workshop.

5 PM - : LEADER AND FOLLOWER TURNS: Here we will incorporate your basics foundation swingout and lindy circle and step it up a notch or two.

AFTERNOON WORKSHOP COST: Register at the door. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the workshops to check in and get your name tag. Payment Methods: Cash, check, Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Discover, Venmo, Debit at the door.

Carolina Dance Club Members (CDC): $11 One Workshop , $19 Two Workshops, $23 Three Workshops.

Non-CDC Members Public: $15 One Workshop, $25 Two Workshops, $35 Three Workshops. Students (14-24 yrs): $5.00 per workshop. No partner necessary.

BOOT CAMP BANKROLL: When you take all three afternoon workshops, you can get the evening swing dance at 6 pm for just $5.00.

Stay for the 6 pm - 10:30 pm swing dance that begins right after the Boot Camp workshops.
The evening swing dance is a separate admission charge.

6 PM Beginner & Intermediate East Coast Swing Lessons. (included with your admission).
PUBLIC $15, STUDENTS (16-24 yrs.) $10, CDC Members $12.
Late Night Admisioin after 8:45 pm till closing $7.00

7 pm till 8:40 pm Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, Balboa Swing Music.
8:40 pm till 10:30 pm West Coast Swing, Hustle, Night Club Two Step Music.
