In recent years, Rydon Asset Management has focused on joint ventures and syndication in the multifamily space 🏢🤝. In addition to this, they have also been experimenting with short-term rentals 🛏️📈.

Don started investing years ago with his first purchase of a triplex in Newark, NJ using no money of his own 💸. He has since 1031’ed that multiple times into the multifamily assets that he & Ryan now own today — over 100+ units throughout the years 🔁🏠.

When home on break from college 🎓, Ryan would frequently assist turning units 🔧, cutting the lawn 🌱, and managing spreadsheets 📊 for Don’s properties.

Eventually, the father-son team got educated more formally and have continued to invest side by side for over 10 years 📚💼. They both continue to work together and hope to keep learning and growing their portfolio of commercial real estate together 🚀🏢.
