Annual Meeting/Picnic/Elections

Hello Bergs,
Our annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at Latta Park in Charlotte. This is the same location as the past 4 years.

First, we'll eat barbecue with buns, coleslaw and baked beans provided by the club.

Please bring other potluck dishes or desserts; and your own drinks, plates, cups, and utensils.

Due to our limited budget this year, we are asking for a donation (suggested $5 to$10) to pay for the shelter and food.

Our annual meeting will follow dinner, including election of officers.

Also, we if you would like to get rid of any outdoor gear that is still in useable condition, we will have a swap table where you can either place your unwanted items or pick up something that you need.
