Hump Mountain

We'll start at the end of Roaring Fork Creek rd and hike up to the AT. We'll hike the AT past Little Hump mountain up to Hump mountain taking in the fantastic views along the way. This is a strenuous hike due to the elevation gain of 2300 feet and a length of approximately 9 miles. As usual be prepared for changeable weather with proper rain gear and proper hiking shoes. Bring snacks, a lunch, and plenty of water. We will stop on the way home for food and drink. While there is no charge for hiking, participants should expect to share gasoline expenses, usually 10 dollars.
