To FLOW FUSION the Adult Carribbean and Contemporary Jazz Dance Group in the heart of Birmingham. A chance to meet new friends, socialise, get fit and feel good whilst moving to the sounds of Contemporary Jazz, Jamaican and Carribbean.
This is an adult group for over 18s. It doesn't matter if you have been to a Dance class before or if you haven't, we believe that everybody has the right to be in tune with their own emotions, body and spirit and that we all deserve to be celebrated through dance!
Community is at the core of this class, no matter who you are, we find connection through dance, love and support one another.
Come along, give it ago and express your hidden inner self!

Saturday12.30pm - 1.30pm, 7 June 2025 - 21June 2025 & 28th June 12.30 - 2.30pm . On the 28th June we will have a social with food after a shorter class. We are inviting you to contribute a dish of your choice.
Minimum fee: £3.70This event is offered on a donation basis for community supporters, made possible with funding from Lottery Community Fund.
Dancing Roots is delivered by Award winning Keneish Dance. Keneish Dance believes that freedom of expression comes through dance and culture and that everybody has the right to be in touch with there own mind, body and spirit.
