Join us for a relaxing and nourishing Yakuzen (Japanese medicinal cuisine) cooking class led by certified Yakuzen nutritionist, 妹尾恵美(Emi Senoo).
This special class is designed for beginners and includes fun, foreigner-friendly adaptations of traditional Japanese Yakuzen recipes. No prior experience is needed—everyone is welcome, including Japanese participants!
Whether you're new to Yakuzen or cooking in general, this is a great chance to enjoy healthy and delicious food in a cozy, small-group setting.
