What we’re about

THE CARY JAYCEES ARE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS, AGES 21-40, WITH AN INTEREST IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY SERVICE.
Are you looking for a way to connect with more people in the community?
Do you feel like there has to be more to life than showing up to work everyday?
Do you enjoy helping people and learning how to develop your leadership skills?

We are the Cary Jaycees and we are so much more than just a community service organization. Most people know us for our good deeds around town, and we are certainly a group of young professionals who loves to give back to the community, but we also love to have a good time. We work to develop community within our organization and within the Town of Cary through membership and community events. We aim to support the Town of Cary through volunteer events, charitable contributions, and strong support of local business. We aim to continually grow our network of young professionals. In our opinion, you can never have too many friends. Lastly, we strive to partner with other local socially minded organizations and lend our leadership and our helping hands.

Chartered in 1932, we are an all-volunteer civic organization. We love giving back to the community both as volunteers and as hosts of local events. Our members get the added benefit of additional leadership training from guest speakers who are brought into our monthly General Membership Meeting. As an affiliate of the NC Jaycees, the US Jaycees, and Junior Chamber International, the opportunities for additional leadership training at a national and international level are nearly endless. There is no other young professionals’ organization like the Cary Jaycees!
