Fresh Air & Paws: A Morning Nature Walk to Shake the Winter Blues
Details
Hi Everyone!
Our next walk is scheduled for Tuesday morning. The weather is looking great for February—especially after that brutal cold snap we had a few weeks ago!
This walk is all about movement and nature. We’re heading out for a "healing walk" to help shake off that Midwest winter "SAD" (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and start preparing for spring. While one walk might not lead to major weight loss, your body and mind will definitely thank you for the movement. Nature has a way of healing us both psychologically and physically.
Bring your pets! You are encouraged to bring your furry friends. I’ll be bringing my friendly 3-year-old Golden Retriever, Leo (he’s neutered and fully vaccinated).
Since this is one of my first times organizing, any help or guidance from the group is always appreciated!
Meeting Point: Schweitzer Woods Dog Park 16N690 Sleepy Hollow Rd West Dundee, IL 60118
