Hi Everyone!
It seems King Julian and his sidekicks were partying a little too hard last night and completely missed that the clocks jumped forward today, March 8 ! Since he’s the King, what can you do? 👑

To make up for the sleepy start, our next walk is officially a "No Excuses" zone (March 14). We’re heading back to Naperville to shake off those Midwest winter blues. This is a "Healing Walk"—a chance to reset, clear your mind, and let nature do its thing as we transition into spring.
The Details:

  • The Vibe: Movement, fresh air, and a psychological reset.
  • The Pups: Highly encouraged! 🐾 I’ll be bringing Leo, my friendly 3-year-old Golden Retriever.
  • The Goal: To finally "Move It, Move It!"

Can't wait to see you all there!

### The Logistics

  • Location: 29W128 83rd St, Naperville, IL 60564 (Park entrance on 83rd St, directly opposite the golf course)
  • Meeting Point: Front of the parking lot.
  • 10:00 AM: Meet & Greet
  • 10:15 AM: Walk Starts (Latest)

### The Route

  • Path: DuPage River Trail
  • Distance: ~3–4 miles (Out and back—feel free to turn around at any point!)
  • Terrain: Mostly flat, paved, and scenic.

### Quick Tips

  • Parking: The 83rd St lot can fill up quickly; arriving by 10:00 AM is recommended.
  • Layers: It can be breezy near the river and golf course, so a light jacket or layer is a good idea.
  • Contact: If you're running late or lost, please text first: 447-902-0418.

> Note: As always, feel free to suggest or organize walks at other locations and times that work for you!
