We hike local trails and practice simple meditation techniques.
Our group hikes consist of an out-and-back route and a short meditative practice at the turn-around point.
We believe that combining outdoors activity with meditation in a group setting can help cultivate a deeper connection to nature, a stronger sense of community, and a better understanding of the mind.
