We hike local trails and practice simple meditation techniques.
Our group hikes consist of simple routes (usually out-and-back) with a short meditative practice in the middle.
We believe that combining outdoors activity with meditation in a group setting can help cultivate a deeper connection to nature, a stronger sense of community, and a better understanding of the mind.
