Our weekly class takes place on Wednesdays from 5.30 to 6.30 pm. In this class, we focus on releasing tension in the body, stretching, breathing… This helps to feel better but also supports the body’s natural healing capacity. So if you feel anxious or if you’re currently experiencing any symptoms of inflammation like aches, pain, fatigue, swelling or stress, this weekly class is for you.
Price: €10 drop-in or €35 for 4 classes.
