Join us as we form a full startup team: assign roles, set timelines, strategize product, marketing, fundraising, and operations, and make decisions together. By the end, you’ll see a mini-company come to life—its challenges, wins, and everything in between.
Key Experience Points:
- Sign up for a role: CEO, CTO, CMO, investor, engineer, recruiter, or advisor.
- Collaboratively set vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
- Simulate investor pitches, marketing campaigns, and recruitment decisions.
- Decide tools, infrastructure, and cap table allocations.
- Discuss potential future exits and long-term strategy.

- Company Simulation Phase (90 min)
- Brainstorm product / service based on a prompt or pre-prepared ideas.
- Discuss market, target audience, and competitor landscape.
- Decide on roles, tasks, and timelines.
- Simulate fundraising, marketing, operations, recruiting, and tool selection.
- Debrief & Reflection (15 min)
- Discuss what worked, what didn’t, and the emotions/insights from the simulation.
- Option to sign up for a follow-up real project based on the simulation.
