Details
Come join us for the Leisure paced version of the MEETS midweek training series – Marymoor edition. We will start promptly at 6p.m.
Ride leader for this week is Michelle Burton.
PLEASE RSVP ahead of time if you plan to ride with us so we can recruit additional ride leaders as necessary. RSVP not required, but would be MUCH appreciated.
Midweek Eastside Evening Training Series – The “MEETS” leisurely rides will be held Wednesday evenings at 6 pm each week. These will be training routes that incorporate local hills which will progress in elevation and are 15-20 mile loops. 5/1/13 route: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2425157 Each ride pace for the week will also be posted at Cascade Bicycle Club Daily Rides Calendar (http://www.cascade.org/EandR/Activities_Calendar.cfm?query=cascadefreedailyride)
Riders should be able to sustain the appropriate pace, read a cue sheet, change a flat (and have the requisite equipment), and have a positive attitude! Faster riders and better climbers are welcome to join but for them the ride becomes self-paced and self-guided. Riders can ride on their own, in small groups, or with the appropriate pace ride leader. A limited number of cue sheets will be available at ride start so please print your own just in case. The final route and cue sheets will be available the weekend prior to each ride.
