I wanted to personally invite you to our July 4th Alpha Cash Flow Game Meetup the Saturday at 2:00 PM.
This month is a little different—we're partnering with another local board game Meetup at the same venue, so there will be even more opportunities to meet investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and like-minded people while enjoying an afternoon of games.

Over the years, I've found Cashflow to be much more than a board game. It's a great environment to explore different investing strategies, hear how others think through opportunities, and experience creative deal structuring, negotiations, partnerships, and financial decision-making in a fun, low-risk setting.
Our last combined event was a huge success, and with the July 4th holiday there should be a great mix of new and returning faces.
