Our community is strongest when the owners of investment real estate are local. We are local investors sharing how to find great deals, grow passive income and learn about the best ways to save for college tuition and retirement using real estate. By meeting face-to-face we all benefit from each other's experience and local real estate knowledge. Share what you've learned -- good or bad and benefit from the same lessons we all have. Meetings are fun and informational, starting with networking. A member is chosen to speak each week about a topic that will benefit the group. Topics can range from how to find great deals, to landlord-tenant issues, fair housing laws, creative financing options and even repairs that can improve the lives of tenants while also improving local property values.
