GRASP: South Suburban Adult Asperger's Group (16+)

Group is for those 16 and older on the autism spectrum, but no official diagnosis is necessary. You can also bring a support person or two. While the support people won't be ignored, the focus of the group will be for those on the spectrum.

We meet from 7:00-9:00pm at the New Beginnings Church. We will be meeting downstairs. Snacks (and possibly pop or other drinks) are brought each month by group members. If I remember, will post a list of what people say they're bringing as I know.

In order to attend this group, all participants MUST subscribe through the GRASP website! If you have previously subscribed (ie for the Evanston group), you DO need to register again to be put on the list for the South Suburban group!

TOPICS and AGENDA:

We will start with short introductions, giving everyone a chance to meet people they don't know and tell a little bit about what's going on in their lives. There also will be time for talk about about whatever and get to know each other and discuss any questions or concerns as they are brought up. :-) THIS MONTH'S TOPIC:
