Hailing from both Native and Irish lineage, and having participated throughout his life in traditional Indigenous ceremonies and customs, as well as having visited ancient, sacred sites all over Ireland, John Two-Hawks brings a unique perspective on the indelible ties that bind these two distinct cultures together in a surprising and unexpected way.
This class will focus on the fascinating parallels between the four directions medicine wheel of Indigenous culture, and the four fire festivals wheel of the Celts, exploring the lessons and ancient wisdom of each of the four directions from both of these sacred wheels.
