Open water swimming in the best beach of the Garraf coast. Every session we meet at Plaça de les Palmeres, swim along the shore, and finish with a well-deserved drink together. 🍹
No coaches. No pressure. Just good people and good water.
🕘 MEETING TIME: 8:45am sharp at the stairs of Plaça de les Palmeres
🏊 SWIM STARTS: 9:00am
🍻 AFTER SWIM: drinks/coffee together
BEFORE JOINING, PLEASE READ:
- RESPONSIBILITY: You swim entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is an informal group of amateur swimmers, no lifeguard or medical assistance provided.
- LEVEL: You must be able to swim confidently in open water. Minimum 500m in a pool. This is not a swimming school.
- EQUIPMENT: We recommend bringing a swim buoy 🟠, goggles 🥽 and a swimming cap 🧢.
- SAFETY: Never leave the water without informing another swimmer. If you feel unwell, exit immediately and notify the group.
- BE PUNCTUAL ⏰

Natación en aguas abiertas en la mejor playa de la costa del Garraf. Cada sesión quedamos en la Plaça de les Palmeres, nadamos a lo largo de la orilla y terminamos con algo bien merecido juntos. 🍹
Sin monitores. Sin presión. Solo buena gente y buena agua.

🍻 DESPUÉS DE NADAR: café o bebida juntos
ANTES DE UNIRTE, LEE ESTO:
- RESPONSABILIDAD: Nadas bajo tu PROPIA RESPONSABILIDAD. Este es un grupo informal de nadadores amateur, no hay socorrista ni asistencia médica.
- NIVEL: Debes saber nadar con soltura en aguas abiertas. Mínimo 500m en piscina. Esto no es una escuela de natación.
- MATERIAL: Recomendamos traer boya de natación 🟠, gafas 🥽 y gorro 🧢.
- SEGURIDAD: Nunca salgas del agua sin avisar a otro nadador. Si te encuentras mal, sal inmediatamente y avisa al grupo.
