Weekly tower building practice

Details

In Catalonia there is a cherished tradition of building ‘castells’, or human towers, where people stand one on top of another. In Lausanne we have an enthusiastic group of castellers looking for new members!
No experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and support one another as we try to construct (and deconstruct) small towers without falling! We rehearse every Friday and would love for you to join us in celebrating this fun tradition. After practice, we’ll go for a drink!

What do you need?
Just bring a shirt with a collar (nothing fancy, as others will be gripping it), and we’ll provide the sash. You will be barefooted during practice.
Check out this video to see what our practice looks like!
