· The Soil Food Web: Why soil microbiology is important and why it’s the foundation of plant health.
· Regenerative & Permaculture Basics: Core principles for designing low-input, resilient gardens.
· Bio-Fertilizer Brewing: The straightforward method for activating and extending Effective Microorganisms (EM). You’ll leave with a ready-to-use bottle.

What You’ll Do:
This is a practical workshop. We’ll get into the details, handle the materials, and you’ll start your own brew on-site. No prior experience needed, just a focus on practical skills you can use immediately.

I’m a certified Permaculturist, Soil Food Web Consultant, and the plant production specialist for a historic Bay Area farm. My work is applied daily, I use soil microbiology, on-site composting, and biological inputs to cultivate healthy plants and regenerate land. I’ll teach you the same proven methods I use professionally. This will be the first step in making the core ingredient for the next course where we will create a powerful soil amendment called bokashi.

Join a small group, get clear instructions, and leave with the knowledge and a living product to make a real difference in your garden.
