Algonquin Western Uplands - 36k, 3 Days

Details
We'll be doing the southern loop of the Western Uplands, hiking at a moderate pace for about 4 hours each day. This will let us have a leisurely breakfast, hike to the next site, and still have plenty of time to set up camp and relax or go swimming. The goal is to have time to enjoy ourselves both on the trail and in camp.
The slower pace and shorter distances will also make this trip suitable for beginners or those carrying heavier packs.
Sorry, no dogs or children.
Day 1 - Meet at the West Gate, drive to the trailhead, and hike to West Maggie, 13.5k
Day 2 - West Maggie to Ramona, 15k
Day 3 - Ramona to the trailhead, 8.5k
This won't be a teaching trip, but it is still open to novices. Just be sure that you are capable of walking the listed distances with all your gear on your back and have all the necessary equipment to be safe and comfortable. If you're unsure or if you have any questions, feel free to message me.
Everyone will be responsible for their own food, and no cans or glass containers are allowed.
If you're going to be sharing a tent or using a hammock, please let me know. That makes it easier to decide if we can squeeze in a few more people. Room for everyones tents is always the real limit.
The cost will be $27 per person for campsite and reservation fees. Please bring cash.
We'll sort out carpooling closer to the date.
By RSVPing, you agree that you are responsible for your own health & safety and that you will not do anything to endanger the health & safety of others.
