Some of you have reached out asking whether I’d teach a class on Italian for travel. I’d love to, but with my full work schedule I’m not able to add another live class right now. So I thought the next best thing would be a weekly inbox series you can read anytime, anywhere!
This weekly Inbox Series is not a live event. There’s nothing to attend and no set time. Instead, a short, practical lesson arrives in your email inbox each week to help you get around Italy with confidence.
Each lesson focuses on a real travel situation and includes:
- A Phrase of the Week, plus a bonus phrase
- Easy pronunciation guides, so you can say it with confidence (bwon-JOR-noh!)
- Useful travel words for each situation
- A travel tip on Italian customs and etiquette, so you don’t make a faux pas
- A mini challenge.
Lessons follow the flow of a real trip: greetings and good manners, money, hotels, trains and buses, driving, shopping, markets, restaurants and cafés, sightseeing, the beach and mountains, emergencies, the pharmacy, and making new friends.
Every six weeks, a quick review quiz helps you remember what you’ve learned.
