Details

Hello CAT Riders,

Let's ride along the D&L trail starting from National Canal Museum & Hugh Moore Historical Park to Sand Island and back. Ride is 20miles.
The trail runs along the river, making this a really scenic ride and plenty of shade.
Terrain is flat, mostly dirt, with some rocks and tree branches. Be sure your bike is suitable.

Our ride are slower, typically 10mph, to offer encouragement to all and to connect socially.

Once we arrive at the park, we can stop and enjoy snacks and packed lunches.
