CAT Over the Hill to the bakery

Hey everyone, now that the rigors of Summer are over, let's head into the new month with a fortifying trip to one of our favorite bakeries - Sophistique, in Allentown. We'll meet at the Bethlehem Rose Garden (near the corner of 8th Avenue and W. Raspberry Street), with a ride start time of 9 a.m..

CAT's Over the Hill rides are intended for any and all who are free during the day. All ages and skill levels are welcome. As with all CAT rides, we'll keep to a moderate pace, and no one will be dropped.

Come a little early if you need to air up your tires, adjust your seat, lube your chain, or do any other minor adjustments. If your bike needs more serious attention, you can get help ahead of time at the CAT bike co-op.

All riders must wear a helmet. In addition, you may want to bring some water and a spare tube that matches your wheel.
