Ride the Greenway to Green Lane! Join us at CAT for a fun, relaxed weekend of bikepacking, riding, and camping at Green Lane Park’s Deep Creek Campground.

### 🚲 Ride Overview
Meet at CAT at 10:00 AM Friday, with rollout at 10:30 AM after a brief bike check.
This is a no-drop, relaxed group ride with multiple ride leaders—we’ll get there when we get there.
- Distance: 32 miles (CAT to Green Lane)
- Elevation Gain: 1,237 feet
- ~40% trail (Greenway, Saucon Valley Rail Trail)
- Remaining miles on scenic country roads
- Rolling terrain with several moderate climbs
- Note: Some sections include busy road traffic—ride predictably and stay alert
We’ll stop in Quakertown at Yum Yum Bake Shop for snacks/lunch before the final ~10 miles to camp.

🎒 Bikepacking Style
This is a self-supported ride**—pack your gear, food, and essentials on your bike (think** turtle on wheels 🐢).
A SAG wagon (Support & Gear vehicle) will be available for limited gear transport if needed.
🏕️ Camping Details
We’ve reserved campsites for two nights at Deep Creek Campground.
Sites accommodate up to 18 people; additional sites will be added as needed.
Amenities include:
- Restrooms with warm showers
- Fire pits for evening gatherings
🍽️ Food & Options
- Bring your own dinner and simple breakfasts
- Food stops available along the route
- Pizza shop near the park for an easy dinner option
🚴 Saturday Activities
Green Lane connects directly to the Perkiomen Trail**, offering great options for:**
- Casual rides toward Oaks / Valley Forge
- Coffee and café stops
- Relaxing or fishing in the park

Group ride option: Rolling out to the Perkiomen Trail at 10:00 AM Saturday
🔁 Sunday Return
We’ll depart Sunday morning after a relaxed breakfast.
Return ride includes optional stops (including Quakertown) on the way back to Bethlehem.
🛠️ Support & Requirements
- Ride leaders available for navigation and basic mechanical help
- Bring at least one spare tube (correct size)
- Bike must be suitable for trails + paved roads with gear
- Helmets and lights required
🌦️ Weather
Ride is rain or shine**, barring extreme weather.**

Suggested donation: $20 to help cover campsite costs
