Come and join us for our Spring Warm Up rides, Tuesday evenings through the end of April. ALL ARE WELCOME. We'll begin our rides at a very easy level and slowly work our way up to greater mileage and hill challenges.

We'll start gathering around 5:30 p.m., with a start time of 6 p.m.. Come early if you need air in your tires, a seat adjustment, a spot of lube, or any other quick adjustment.

Our ride this week is on the Bethlehem Southside Greenway and continues on through Saucon Park for some quiet back roads. We'll meet at the start of the Greenway, at the intersection of S. New and Mechanic Streets. It's a mostly flat ride, with a few hillls on the road portion, for a total mileage of 9.5 miles. Here is the route.
Note, if you want to do only the trail portion (total of 5 miles), you can wait at Saucon Park and rejoin the riders on the return route.

Last week, we had a good sighting of the eagles nesting along the route; feel free to bring your binoculars.

Like most all CAT rides, no one will be dropped -- even if you are riding very slowly, you are welcome on this ride! All riders are required to wear a helmet. We advise that you also bring a spare tube that fits your wheel and a bottle of water.

This ride is weather permitting. Any last minute change or cancellations will be announced on Meetup, so please check here for weather concerns. If you have any other questions we can help with, please contact ride leader Anne (annef@lvcat.org) or Jean (jean@lvcat.org). We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday at 6 p.m.!
