What We’re About:
Catalyst is not your average meetup - it's an idea of Community. We believe that real growth and meaningful connections happen when people actively engage and truly care. Whether you're into skateboarding, music, movies, or just want to forward your goals, every session kicks off with an engaging group activity that’s both fun and ice-breaking. From there, we dive into activity based discussions where everyone has a voice. This is a space where personal and career aspirations are shared, advice is freely given, and accountability is taken seriously.
What to Expect:
Active Participation: Each meetup begins with a dynamic group activity designed to connect and energize everyone. It might be a group walk, learning a martial arts move, skateboarding, or something unexpected like how to order breakfast in Thai. We understand that trying something new can be a little intimidating, but trust us—the group will support you every step of the way. We’ll go at your pace, stop when you need to, and ensure that you feel safe and included. This is more than just an icebreaker; it’s an opportunity to build trust and camaraderie. And yes, we’ll remember what we learn for the next time!
Engaging Discussions: Whether it’s a movie night with a deep dive discussion or brainstorming ways to achieve a member’s goals, every meetup is different but always interactive.
Accountability & Support: If you commit to something, we hold you accountable. We check in, we follow up, and we help each other stay on track. We don’t just connect during the meetup; we keep in touch between sessions too. Having WhatsApp is essential to stay connected and ensure ongoing support within the community.
Commitment is Key: First-timers are required to attend the next meetup or provide a valid reason for their absence. If not, they’re respectfully asked not to return. We value consistency and dedication in our community.
Mutual Support: We close each meetup with an open forum where everyone shares the biggest challenge they’re facing. The group offers advice, support, and even tangible help. But remember—this community is about giving as much as receiving. Come prepared to offer your insights, skills, and encouragement to others. True value comes from what you contribute to the group.
English Only: To ensure everyone can fully participate and feel included, English is the only language of communication at Catalyst. We kindly ask all attendees to speak only English during the meetup, avoiding any other languages.
Community Promotion: For promotional purposes, short videos and photos will occasionally be taken during meetups using a GoPro. Attendees should be advised that participation implies consent to be included in these materials.
Entry Fee: The first few months, during Catalyst's "growth stage", will be entry free. Any payments in future will go exclusively to arrangement of events.

If you’re between 18 to 45 years old, living in Berlin for at least the next 4-6 months, and seeking more than just a casual meetup, Catalyst is for you. Whether you’re looking to grow, contribute, or simply connect with like-minded people who genuinely care, this is the place.
