Catalysts Norway – Building Bridges Through Mentorship and Inclusion
Catalysts Norway is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering multicultural youth and fostering inclusive communities. Through innovative mentorship programs like group mentorship and reverse mentorship, as well as campaigns like Stillhet Sårer, we tackle pressing issues such as hate speech, discrimination, and social exclusion.
Our initiatives are rooted in positive psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, and strengths-based approaches, equipping participants with tools to grow, connect, and contribute to their communities.
At Catalysts, we believe in action-driven change—whether through interactive workshops, thought-provoking seminars, or creative resources like animation videos and games. Together, we aim to create a society where diversity is celebrated, and everyone has the chance to thrive.
