In 2024, Catalysts Consulting partnered with NRC to co-create a robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) framework for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The aim was to build solutions that not only align with NRC’s global DEI strategy but also reflect the socio-cultural, economic, and organizational contexts of countries including Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, and Lebanon.
