
What we’re about
This is a peer support group for people who, like me, experience anxiety. A group where people can use their shared experiences to give and receive support from each other. I'm starting this group following a rather tricky 18 months ('duh...' I hear you say). I anticipate meeting up maybe once a month, for a couple of hours so that we can exchange stories, swap helpful strategies and just experience the relief of being with people who get it. If there is interest, the group and what we do can evolve.
