Cathedral Yoga Monday June 30th

Please join us in this quiet and reflective space for an hour of yoga with teacher Jeff Jackson. Jeff will lead us through an hour of yoga designed for all skill levels.

If the weather is warm on Monday, remember the cathedral nave can be quite warm. Dress in layers to stay cool. We will open the side door during class to help cool the space if necessary.

Please remember that doors open for participants at 6:00 and close promptly at 6:30. Please be on time so we can begin class promptly.

Our yoga classes are donation based. Please consider contributing to help continue the program with our amazing teachers. Without your donations we would not be able to provide the sound bath, the tea social, or the mats and blocks to use in class.

We provide a number of mats and blocks on a first come first served basis for participants who need them. Please remember to clean and return immediately after class.
