Healing Mass

The Fraternity of Priests Pittsburgh/Greensburg host monthly healing masses throughout the diocese of Pittsburgh & Greensburg. This month the healing Mass will be held at St. Thomas More Church. If you have an
ailment of any kind, please plan to attend. Following Mass, the priests pray over individuals for their specific ailments. The ancient Catholic tradition of laying on of hands for healing is a sacramental gesture rooted in Scripture, where priests invoke the Holy Spirit for
physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration. Modeled on Jesus (Luke 4:40) and the Apostles (Acts 6:6), it is a "means of grace" used in the Anointing of the Sick, representing God’s comforting, healing power. I hope you can attend.
