Fresh Starts: Designing an Energizing Year

The New Year often comes with pressure to do more and move faster. This gathering is an invitation to slow down on the first Saturday of 2026! Fresh Starts: Designing an Energizing Year is a guided journaling and digital vision-boarding session hosted by AlienNation, focused on energy—what fuels you, what drains you, and how to design a year that feels sustainable and aligned. We’ll begin with time to arrive, grab something to eat or drink, and settle into the space. From there, you’ll be guided through reflective free-writing prompts to help you notice patterns from the past year and identify a few meaningful moves for the year ahead. Next, you’ll create a digital vision board, using images and keywords that reflect how you want your life to feel—not rigid goals or resolutions, but environments, pace, and intention. This is a working board you can revisit throughout the year. We’ll close with gentle reflection and an optional share-out.


Please bring a tablet or laptop for the vision-boarding portion.
