WARNING: Ride may not go as usual. There was damage (photos in photo section) to part of the trail west of Ben T. Davis. It was passable, but a little sketchy. Do not know how authorities will be dealing with this. Trail may closed there, may be easy detour, maybe hard, maybe none. Going out blind and dealing with it on the fly.
Casual ride covering the full length of the Courtney Campbell Causeway, and taking a break at the turnaround point, the Starbucks in Safety Harbor. Average speed about 12 mph; around 25-1/2 miles, round trip. There is plenty of car parking at Skyway Park. Our default gathering point and the start of our ride is the parking area by the tennis courts just inside the park entrance.
