Fourth Annual Christmas Party (Multi-Group)

Please join us for our fourth annual Christmas Party ! This will be a multi group event including the Desert Ridgers and JJ's Movie HH Carefree Singles, and we are anticipating a large turnout. A group of rooms has been reserved for us by the venue. A booking link for the rooms will be provided shortly (expires December 1st). Please consider booking a room if you don't like to drive at night or after a party or just to support the Hilton/Hampton hotel chain for being such welcoming hosts. It's very difficult to find inexpensive party venues.

A few snacks and desserts will be catered. A beer and wine cash bar will open at 4:00 PM and close at 11:00 PM. No outside alcohol is permitted in the public spaces, that is the bar, lounge and outdoor patio. We won't have a private meeting room in order to focus any donations on other items.

We will either have a White Elephant Gift Exchange or a Sarhan Wrap Party Ball opening. Party committee volunteers would be appreciated to facilitate activities or food or as greeters.

There are three great gourmet restaurants within walking distance for those who would like to warm up in the bullpen first or get something substantial to eat before the party. They are Athens, Venues and Keeler's Steakhouse. There is also Giordano Trattoria (never tried) and a blue-collar pub, Tox Bar/Speedy Burger nearby.

The dress code will be jacket and tie for men and dress-up for women. If a gentleman does not own a jacket (e.g. $40 at Goodwill) he may wear a Christmas sweater. There is always lots of comradery. I'm looking forward to hearing your Trivia, or bowling or party fun stories. Hope to see you there !!
