English/Japanese Studying and Language Exchange

Please note that only meetup members who are on the going list will be let in. People who sign up on the day may not be able to enter. There is a maximum number of attendees as the room has limited seats. So please cancel your RSVP if you can no longer make it to allow those on the waiting list to join.
The structure of the meetup is as follows:
14:30 - 15:00 Going through the homework (I will upload a photo of the homework to this event page so please complete it before coming to the meetup!)
15:00 - 16:30 Language exchange (I will assign you a partner/group)
16:30 - 17:30 Free conversation/mingling time (You can speak to whoever you like)
Unfortunately, we need to leave at 17:30 as there is another event after us.
There is no entry fee, but please purchase at least one item from the bar downstairs. They serve small snacks, hot drinks, soft drinks, and alcohol as well as full pub meals!
If you're not interested in doing the homework then you can join the meetup at any time from 15:00 onwards!
