Happy Birthday Northeast PA WordPress!

Can you believe that we've been doing this for a year? Let's get together for a (slightly late) celebration on Friday, March 7th in downtown Scranton! Come on out for happy hour starting at 5pm and we can hit up some of the First Friday festivities afterward.

Also, make sure your meetup.com settings to ensure that you're getting notifications from organizers - go to https://www.meetup.com/nepawp/settings/ and check the options under Organizer Broadcasts. Optionally, enable notices about the Message Board.

We're working on a group discussion board for nepawp.com and we'll send out information via our social networks and meetup.com when it's ready, so make sure you get the messages!

One last FYI - we're planning a WordPress helpdesk/hackathon/collaboration event for late March or early April. The idea is to bring a laptop and something WordPress-related to work on. Maybe you need help with setting up a site, creating a child theme (or your own theme from scratch!), a plugin, or solving some problem. More details to come later this month!
