Intermediate DAX formulas

DAX while a simple language is hard to wrap your head around. In this presentation, we'll cover some of the confusing and tricky aspects of using DAX and data modeling with it. We will cover evaluation contexts, context transitions, hierarchies, and advanced time intelligence. By the end of this presentation, you'll have a better mental model for working with advanced DAX formulas.

Bio

Eugene Meidinger works as a BI consultant and full-time Pluralsight author. He currently focuses on content on Power BI and related products. He also leads the Pittsburgh Power BI User Group. He is certified in querying and administering SQL Server.
