After being closed for a while due to COVID, the I-70 diner is open again! This is an easy, open road ride out to the I-70 Diner, a Starlite Diner off of I-70 in Flagler.

Meet at 7-Eleven located at 12285 South Parker Road; Parker, CO with kickstands going up at 9:45 a.m. We will take back roads to CO-86 and I-70. Butt break at Limon. Lunch will be at the I-70 Diner. Return will be via I-70 and/or CO-86.
