Stop The Bleed Training Class

Details
This is a class every member should attend.
Stop the Bleed is a nationwide program that teaches civilians how to recognize and respond to life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations. The Bleeding Control Basic course is open to anyone, regardless of medical training. Participants learn three techniques to stop bleeding: applying direct pressure, packing wounds, and using tourniquets. They also learn how to assess scene safety and identify nearby tools.
Dean, one of our members, will be our instructor. The class will be held at Fay Myers Motorcycle World Meeting Room beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 8. We will be sharing the room with another motorcycle training class.
Please RSVP by Thursday, June 5. If you have any questions, please let us know.
