2026 Annual Kickoff Party

Our 2026 Kickoff Party will be held at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Englewood on Sunday, March 15 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please RSVP as soon as you can so that we can get a head count for the party! Final headcount will be due to the restaurant the Tuesday right after our March monthly meeting.

We hope to see everyone (plus guests) there. It is a great annual event to kick off our riding season and we always have a good time, good food and good (or at least interesting) raffle prizes. If you are asking a sponsor about donations, please be gentle and understanding with them.
If you are talking to someone about a donation-please let Lynn and/or Nancy know (we don't want to have multiple people hitting someone up).
The pricing for the event will remain unchanged from last year's pricing. The price will be $20.00 for Club members and $25.00 for non-Club members. Non-Club members will receive a coupon for $5.00, valid through May 15, 2026, that may be used toward the payment of their membership dues for 2026.
Exact change or checks made payable to CC Riders would be greatly appreciated. If you have not yet renewed your paid membership by Kickoff, you will be able to do so at the party.
You will have a choice from four lunch entrees: Cheeseburger, Chef's Salad, Mac & Cheese or Pulled Pork Sliders. If you have dietary needs that none of these will fit, please contact Lynn or Nancy when you RSVP to discuss.
The price includes unlimited soft drinks, coffee or tea. The Club will pick up the tab for all lunches, taxes, service charges and gratuities for the meal.
There will also be a cash bar. If you wish any other beverages, or an appetizer or dessert, that will be your own responsibility-along with any tips/taxes/ service fees etc for those items. Note: there will be a service fee added to each check by Rock Bottom due to the size of our group.
Our function will be held in the Buffalo Lounge (the same place as previous years).
We will hold a drawing for donated prizes from sponsors and members (including the odd and "interesting" prizes we have come to know and love). It has been difficult couple of years for everyone, so we will see what kind of donated prizes we obtain, but we always have some good ones. Lynn and Nancy will soon be working on the famous goodie baskets for the year. Tickets for the drawing are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
If you have a relationship with a sponsor/vendor, please talk to Lynn and/or Nancy before you reach out. After that, you can coordinate with them on promotional items appropriate for prizes. PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO DONATE THIS YEAR, OR IF THEY ARE DONATING LESS THAN IN THE PAST.
