“Networking For Career Change” - Tuesdays in Lafayette Hills, PA

This program will help people understand how to take control of the search process. By taking a business approach to your job search, we identify ways to make your search more productive. This is particularly helpful if you are considering a career change.

In this stirring, thought-provoking and motivational session you will learn:

• How to create a business plan for your job search.

• How to define what it is you are “selling”.

• How to identify and build potential advocates to help your search process.

• How to develop and create marketing and networking plans to expand your network.

• How to properly use your network to locate information, opportunities and introductions.

At the end of the session, you will have a much better idea on organizing a job search, with building a roadmap to finding information about companies, careers and opportunities as well as developing a structure for more effective networking and introductions.

Prior to becoming a Financial Planner, Michael Chiappinelli delivered outstanding technology and business improvement results for Campbell Soup Company, Tambrands/Proctor & Gamble and Nestle Foods. He specializes in assisting clients who are in career transition, guiding them and their families through a needs assessment to develop both short-term and long-term financial strategies.
